Tredit Tire & Wheel Acquires Wayne Tire Distribution Unit

Elkhart, IN - July 15, 2014 - Tredit Tire and Wheel announced the acquisition of Wayne Tire and Wheel's original equipment distribution business segment.

As the company enters its third generation as a family owned business, Don Gremore and his son, Donavon, will continue to operate and develop Wayne Tire and Wheel's retail and aftermarket distribution business at their location in White Pigeon, Mich.

Tredit is a leading distributor of tires, wheels and related accessories to trailer OEMs throughout North America, including recreational vehicle, cargo, utility, marine, horse/livestock, and heavy-duty equipment.
